Victoria Osteen Victoria Osteen has always had a passion and energy for life that is contagious. A lifelong Houstonian, Victoria worked in her family’s jewelry business and attended the University of Houston. It was in that same jewelry store she met and later married Joel. Joel and Victoria regularly accompanied Joel’s father on mission trips to India and around the world, reaching out and serving in some of the most impoverished areas of the globe. Her compassion and passion for ministry grew during these years as she faithfully served in many capacities. As co-pastor of Lakewood Church, Victoria is an integral part of each service and the Night of Hope worship events across the U.S. and abroad.
